They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
