He will try to scam your insurance at all costs. Very dishonest and incompetent. Tried to convince me that I needed a tooth extracted whereas in reality, it was easy to cap. I am glad I went for a second opinion and dropped him. I would not recommend him to anyone. Stay away at all cost. He is a thief.

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
