Greetings, I was recommend, by a co-worker about this dentist. In the past I had bad experience, with dentists. My first visit I was very nervous, had to get extensive work. They sent out to a Dental Surgeon to remove several teeth. On 19 January the work begins, at dentist on Avenue D, Troy Ave. My anxiety was high. One of the assistance came into the room I explain my anxiety, she recommend me to see Dr. W., I waited for awhile. I tell you know lie it was the BEST experience I ever had visiting a dentist. Trust me when I tell you....Peace

My name is Cassie Morales and I've been a customer of this dental office for over 10 years and up until a week and half ago, I had wonderful experiences and a great relationship with everyone within the office. Currently I'm experiencing some difficulty when trying to get into the Medicaid marketplace while renewing my medical insurance and on Christmas eve I was not enrolled with medical insurance and was completely turned away from this office after them attending to me for 10 years with proper insurance. I was completely taken back and hurt by the actions of the main doctor and everyone within the office because for 10+ years I have had top-of-the-line insurance and they've always taking me and seen me but have NOT been taking care of my teeth properly according to my Periodontist an orthodontist, it is information that I have learned after I decide to get braces almost 2 years ago. Currently I'm at risk of losing two of my front bottom row teeth because the entire time that I have been being seen by these doctors they did not tell me or advise me that having a tongue ring for over 10 years was not good for the health of my gumline/teeth and my gum line had been resending all of this time and they were not letting me know at all. The most unfortunate part was that after caring for my teeth for 10+ years and not making me aware throughout all of their x-rays that something was going wrong with my teeth I thought they were 100% responsible for why my teeth had gotten into such a bad state because I had seen them every six-eight months for 10+ years and again they did not advise me that having this tongue ring in my mouth would've been so bad for the health of my teeth. In fact, there are several photos of x-rays with the tongue ring in my mouth and they never said anything and I asked them if the tongue ring was doing anything because I had noticed that my teeth were gaining some spacing, but it was NOT spacing, I was losing bone!!! It wasn't until I decided to get braces that the orthodontist notice what was going on and sent me with a referral to the periodontist and in his office, I then learned that I possibly might need to get a bridge to replace two of my front bottom teeth! I was completely in shock because I felt like this is the type of scenario that would happen to an individual who do NOT go to the dentist on a regular basis as I have done for 10+ years with one specific office!!! I will never recommend anyone to go to this office especially since I had made them aware of the findings from the Periodontist and the orthodontist and they are completely not taking responsibility for any of the damage that has occurred in my mouth. Furthermore, on Christmas eve when I asked Dr. Rosen to please do a cleaning although I wasn't currently enrolled in proper medical insurance the doctor refused to help me, and a cleaning only cost $50 especially since they were responsible for caring for my teeth for 10+ years and it had gotten in such a terrible state because my teeth will possibly having to be removed and replaced at the age of 33!!! I will be taking this report up to the American Dental Association and I will be furthering my complaint as far as they can go to the Better Business Bureau. I think I was most hurt because after being in the office for 10+ years and everyone always having such a great, positive attitude, once I brought it to their attention that my teeth were not in a great state, they did not even take any responsibility nor did they want to help me with the cleaning, and cleaning is especially important because my teeth are in such a detrimental state at this present time! I will NEVER go back to this office again and I will make sure to tell everyone that I know in my neighborhood that attends this office of my testimony! They are very nice in the office until you don't have insurance, and I've already called 311 to find out the necessary step to report the office and make my complaint against them so the state boards can be aware of the damage that has been done to my month while underneath their care!!!
