Staff was friendly, waiting time was none, and Dr. Wickless was extremely thorough on the procedure that I would need. I have a fear (great fear) of dental work (based on past negative experiences). I am probably the most tense, anxious patient...no lie. I expressed that to him and he assured me that everything was going to be okay and that I would feel nothing. Dr. Wickless was so explanatory with everything. From the topical numbing gel, shots, through the procedure and ending with the post consultation. He explained the entire procedure from start to finish as he was working. I didn’t feel anything and he told me to raise my left hand if I felt uncomfortable at any point. I am extremely sensitive to pain, and I can honestly say I never had to raise my hand once. Staff followed up with me the next day to inquire how I was doing and if I had any questions. If you want a professional surgeon and staff who takes your feelings seriously, ensure you are comfortable, explains things thoroughly to you and provides excellent post consultation and follow up, then you definitely want to come here. A+++++++
