They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. I just love this place - I can count on gentle professional care by people who are competent in their field and a smart dentist. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I never had to doubt their qualifications. Their competence is obvious.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
