We sent an employee there for a follow up after an incident with cross contamination. She reported the staff did not wear gloves after handling her urine sample, nor was it properly labeled. She was ignored most of the time, and the appointment and paperwork took an incredible amount of time- way more than necessary. We will think twice before sending an employee back there.

They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many follow up phone calls.
