I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. I will absolutely return. I had a very good experience.. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The best thing is the Electronic Anesthetic System Dr. Maly uses, I tell everyone there is no needle being used but I realize there has to be. It is a slow pump he uses so the novacain doesn't go in too fast and cause pain. It is the ONLY way I will have dental treatment done is with Dr. Maly's system!
