The first two visits were okay, but the third was horrendous. It was not Dr. Conklin though the last time, it was some other dentist who works in the office too. I don't know his name, or why he was working on me. I absolutely can't recommend this place to anyone. Also, they try to pressure you into extra procedures to get more $$. One of the assistants told me that unless I bought the extra $600 mouth guard and wore it 24/7, none of the dental work I had done in their office was guaranteed and likely wouldn't last long. That doesn't exactly inspire too much confidence.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Beware of bait and switch in this practice.
