Office staff is HORRIBLE!! I think the Dr Ella is great, the others are ok. I sit on hold 30 min before I hang up every single time I call there. My son runs out of medicine because all they do is put me on hold for 5 days straight every time I call, so when I finaLLY get to actually speak to someone they are very rude and refuse to get him in timely manner. Even though I called for 5 days but they were just to BUSY to answer the phone!!!!!!! I will not return to this clinic because of the front office staff on the "sick" side!!!!!!!!
