They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
