I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
