This lady should be in the medical field. She is very rude and condescending. I an appointment with her today 5.11.16 for the first time and it would be certainly the last. Meeting her for the first time, she didn't even introduced herself to me., when I tried asking questions about my health she refused to answer and kept going pretending she didn't hear me. I stopped her and let her know that she is not competent to earn my business so I left the office immediately.

my complaint is more about how they treat their staff., Dr. Gelpi seems to be very rude and condensinding. I have heard her talk about her staff more than once. each time I have come in she has had nothing but negative thigs to say about them. I have never experianced but wonderful things from the staff. thye are always nice, professional, and have answered my questions. the new manager I think is making a big diffrence but it does not excuse the Dr.s rude mean behavior. they have a high turn over in staff, that says something the DR.s not the staff. they should be treated better.
