They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
The pros:
1. Friendly receptionist and front desk staff
2. Doctor is personable and takes time with each and every patient
3. Easy to get an appointment
4. Clean and quiet rooms - you don't hear everybody's conversation while you're waiting.
5. Even had a good selection of magazines to read while you wait
6. Short wait times - I waited less than 10 minutes for each of the appointments I've made with this doctor
7. The doc is very thorough - you know he's putting the patient first

Cons:
Cannot think of many - the only thing I can think of is waiting more than 5 minutes on hold to make a appointment earlier this year.
