Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. Dr. Nguyen and his staff are amazing, they were so friendly and helpful and made sure I felt welcome there. Dr. Nguyen was very gentle and I didn't feel any pain. He explained everything very thoroughly and gave me all my options; the pricing was very reasonable. He also took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.I have already told all my friends and family to go here.

This was the WORST dentist experience ever! First off the receptionist who answers the phone (who refused to give me her name) is rude and snotty. After biting into a bone from a Waba Grill beef bowl, my tooth became cracked and full of pain. I called asking to see the doctor and after being given the run around about "their policy" I simply wanted to know the price of treatment without my insurance first to make sure I had insurance. All she had to do was call my carrier but she was "too busy" gossiping on the phone with "social hour" to call. Then when I called back telling her that I did indeed have the insurance and to call me back, I was put on hold, hung up on, chastised, belittled and not called back. When I left a final message saying that I was in severe pain and I guess I am taking my pain to a different dentist who cares and wants to help, I was told to go elsewhere when I requested to see talk with the dentist (after being told I have 6 cavities and I just saw him 2 months ago and he never caught 6 cavities???) Instead of Dr. Anthony Q Nguyen fixing the problem, all he did was send me to the drug store and run me all around town to get his hand written prescriptions for pain and antibiotics. He didn't even know which medications he was prescribing and I was having to pay for them all out of pocket when none of them worked. He kept promising the pain would go away into the 3 day weekend but it of course did not. After getting the complete run around I called a different dentist who took me right in the same day today and for $12 stopped the pain and drilled a hole in my tooth. Radiance tried to charge me almost $2K, they were rude about it and made me wait for weeks to get absolutely nowhere with them. Here are the reasons you should not go to Radiance Dental: #1 they do shoddy work at best, #2 they will not stand behind their work, if you go in for any kind of crown or work, ask them how long their work is good for, they will tell you 6 months when other dentists will tell you 2-5 years, they are unprofessional and their front desk receptionist is unbelievably rude and snotty. I would recommend Anaheim Hills Dental Group. They will get you in, make it affordable and not jack you, When you are in pain, the last thing you need is to be jacked around by your dentist.
