My boyfriend and I have been searching for weeks for a psychiatrist for him. We were delighted to see Dr. Bergman's credentials and to see that he was available for an appointment the next day (which we were able to book directly on my phone, where I had been browsing). The next day (the day of the appointment), my boyfriend called to confirm the appointment and discuss payment. Dr. Bergman asked him a few questions, stated that he found it "very strange" that I scheduled the appointment, and refused to see my boyfriend for the scheduled appointment. To add insult to injury, he told my boyfriend to go online and cancel the appointment, I guess to free up the slot for someone else.

No, Dr. Bergman. You refuse to help, you can clear your own appointment book.
