Their website states "our goal is to provide you with a warm, friendly, caring and professional atmosphere" but what my family experienced was the exact opposite. The women working at the desk were completely rude and unprofessional. They didn't clearly explain the intake requirements and when asked and questioned about this, they responded in condescending and hostile ways. I've never had someone I've never met before point their finger in my face, esepcially someone who is supposed to be providing customer service. They didn't care about our needs and refused to hear where we were coming from. Highly disappointed in the office staff. Definitely won't return and will be sure our experience is shared. I hope these behaviors are addressed because the last thing someone needs to experience when facing surgery is indelicate and ill-mannered desk staff.
