They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. If I had to change an appointment time, they were incredibly understanding. My first daughter went to Dr. Smith and now has a gorgeous smile! My middle daughter is now a patient and my youngest will be when she is old enough. This is a great orthodontist. You really can't do better.

Although I was very late for my daughters the office visit the office staff was very understanding and was able to stilll work my daughters appt in the same day. Very graceous for that! Visit didn't take long and we were done in no time. Very clean facility I guess the only thing that was not comfortable was the waiting room chair, but I wasn't there long enough to care. Helpful and reasonable payment plan.
