Staff was friendly, a few problems with a new hire that were resolved quickly. Call back time from staff was generally reasonable.
I definitely do not plan on going back. Dr Coyle was courteous but distant. She briefly listened to me, but didn't seem able to expand her understanding as time went on. As though she stopped paying attention to my feedback and concerns once she had come to some kind of categorization that was not open to reconsideration.

I have since found a counselor (PhD) who is fantastic, immediately found the "big issue" which Dr Coyle never seemed genuinely focused on. She became convinced of a diagnosis I had been evaluated for previously with testing and extensive discussion. It had been ruled out both times. I am an RN and have a good deal of psych education. I researched the 'new' information she referred to and found it was not that new - it had been established prior to the most recent evaluation. The issue was being prescribed a drug that has some potentially serious side effects without a much better basis for the diagnosis.

Dr Coyle does use EMDR but never brought it up as a possibility. The new counselor started it after about 6 weeks of other treatments, testing and evaluations. It has been really helpful - I am entirely self pay so I can't go as often as would be indicated.
