Dr. Swanson has been my provider for emotional support and care for 20 years. He has been supportive and has gone out of his way to assist our family within the framework of a medical professional. I have always found his professionalism to be of the highest regard. Recently, we have had some misunderstandings - and this is odd after 20 years - it has put a "crimp" in the provider-patient relationship because the problem at hand is perhaps his over-the-top questioning that put me in an uncomfortable situation to explain myself in detail. It left me feeling he had a lack of trust of me. This is not ok after this many years of a professional relationship. Other than that, I'd recommend him to anyone needing or wanting health assistance. I would use some caution with some of his referrals/recommendations to other medical professionals depending on your condition. I can not be more specific here, but pay attention and ask questions about the other medical doctors he might offer as helpful in assisting. This has been part of a problem for a short period of time. Unfortunate, indeed.
