I was a new patient to this practice. The most rude inconsiderate doctor that I have ever been to. None of front staff greeted me. The problem started when I made the appointment. THE most unfriendly person took the appt. They did not bother to call and confirm the appt the day before either. I can't remember the last time a doctor's or dentist's office did not call me an do that. I got to the appt early to complete paperwork like they asked. Then I waited. About 40 minutes past my appt time a young lady came out and called my name and smiled and said hello. The first bit of friendliness from anyone. She took my vitals and then i was placed in patietN room. Where I waited and waited some more, Finally after the hour mark
I got up to leave. I told Dr. Deller's asst to please give me the lab results I had given to her as I was not waiting any longer. She told the Dr. than I was leaving and came back and gave me my papers. DR. DELLER, AFTER 1 HOUR PAST HIS APPOINTED TIME WITH ME COULD NOT EVEN COME OUT TO APOLOGIZE. I could have been a little more understanding if I was one of the last patients of the day,,,but COME ON...THIS WAS 10:00 IN THE MORNING! I took time off work that I did not get paid for to get screwed by this inconsiderate creep. I think I will bill him for my hours!
