I was informed with little notice that the doctor needed to reschedule. I cannot do the surgery on the new date as I will be without assistance. Now I will not be having surgery after the hospital conducted my pre-op interview. I was told there is nothing they can do if I can't have surgery on the new selected date.

Previously I was seeing a doctor who was said that the only treatment for my condition, Morton's neuroma, was monthly cortisone injections. Unfortunately, after years of this treatment, the condition only worsened and I likely had damage to the fatty tissue of my feet. By chance I was seen by Dr. Cheleuitte who prescribed orthotics which fixed the problem. I am now a fit and athletic person again! Dr. Cheleuitte is caring, intelligent and extremely ethical and I highly recommend him.
