I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition.
