They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.

Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.
