I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
