Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I could tell that they really cared about all of their patients, and didn’t just treat them like numbers. They didn’t rush my appointment at all, and made sure every question I had was answered before I left.

They were very polite and courteous to all of their patients. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
