I thought dr, Rizzo was great until he sold me a steri shoe.... he pushed this item, when I brought it home it didn't work. I called the office right away. 2 days later I was called back and told they would not stand behind there product that it could not be returned, refunded or exchanged with them... to try calling the manufacturer who also would not give a refund. I cancelled all future appointments for me and my daughter I hope the $120.00 they sucked out of us for a cheaply made product that they did not stand behind was worth losing all our future business for orthotics and laser surg. I would def. not recommend anyone who does not stand behind the products they push.

The office was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They fit me in same day that I needed. Dr. Hopkins was very thoughtful, nice to speak with and answered any questions I had. He was nice on the eyes also. All in all, I would definitely recommend this office as well as Dr. Hopkins.
