They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
