Dr. Mcgraw-Wall is thorough, compasionate and caring and takes the time to listen and fix the health issue you are having. She has been known to step away from her dinner to reposition a child's nose after he had it broken on the sports field during a game so that he could breathe and stitch up injuries for several school kids without blinking am eye or making them wait. She volunteers with several medical teams to fix cleft palettes in other countries and perform free operations that save lives. She is amazing. I would trust her with any issue and know if there is any chance to save your hearing or fix your breathing, she is the one to trust!

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but when i had a painful reaction to the antibiotics prescribed all the nurse cared about was my taking the full compliment. Said i might be able to see the doctor when i'd finished the series. Did not care that it hurt so bad I was using ice packs on my head to treat the pain. So after finishing and still have the pain, i called in for an appointment. No one in today so I didn't go back. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Might be a great doctor but the nurse's attitude is NOT. Doctor hires nurse therefore I'm passing even if this could have been the doctor to figure out what is wrong with my ear.
