Some people like "Fast Food"! Are waiting rooms a bore; mostly; so bring a book. Now if you want professional service with a capital "P" then make an appointment with Victor K. Lin, M.D. My appointment this week with him was without a doubt with someone who listened, was not judgmental, and displayed concern for my condition and is willing to do whatever can be done to eliminate my pain. My time in the waiting room really seemed to drag because there was absolutely nothing to do in there. They had a few magazines to read, but they need a much bigger selection. I liked how easy it was to get an appointment with them. They were able to get me in very quickly. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
