The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. There were a lot of workers in the office, but I couldn't get one form signed or answers on my medications. Then, after a month, they finally got back to me. Horrible customer service and un--knowledgeable staff. Very rude office manager also.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
