I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. He is dead. He died years ago!
