The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Dr. Maciunas is incredibly insightful. She is well-versed in both conventional and alternative medical treatments and takes the time to explain pros and cons of both. Fair warning: Because she is so thorough and treats every patient as if they are her ONLY patient, the wait time in the reception area may be quite long. Bring something to read!
