They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
