Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

My 90 year old mother has been Shareghi's patient for many years. We have tolerated his arrogant attitude until yesterday. My mother's insurance company denied any more coverage for a long term medication and requested Dr. Shareghi choose a replacement from their list. To make a long story short, this problem started in February when I tried to renew her perscription. I have been unsuccessful in any attempts to get a new prescription. Yesterday was her 3 month checkup and she had 2 days left on her current perscription . When I asked Shareghi to help get this problem solved so my mom could get her pills, he stormed out of the room saying he didn't have time to mess with it. He actually left us alone in the room and never completed my mother's exam, went into his office and shut the door. I find this behavior to be reprehensible beyond belief. We are in the process of changing doctors.
