I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Dr. Jay is easy to talk to and always remembers things I've told him in the past. Unlike other doctors, I don't feel like "just another chart" that he has to look up info to remember me and my life circumstances. He has been helpful to me through good times and bad.

They didn't leave me unattended once during my consultation, which I really appreciated. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
