It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They've always been very reliable, and only cancel my appointment if there's an extreme emergency. I think they've only canceled it once the whole time I've been going there. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Dr. Heatherton was great to work with
