Serving the Monadnock New Hampshire region since 1998, we provide skilled instruction, ongoing support and an environment that is conducive to cultivating the healing qualities of friendliness, compassion, joy and equanimity through the practice of yoga and other related specialities. Located in Peterborough, NH, MYAHA offers a wide variety of weekly practice opportunities, specialty workshops and retreats, and one on one private instruction. Founded and owned by Alexandra Teague, a long-time practitioner of Iyengar yoga, a nurse and a massage therapist, MYAHA is her contribution to help society take back their health and offer insightful, positive avenues to do so.
