They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
