My doctor had recommended her as the best nutritionist/dietitian in the Vienna/Oakton area and she proved to be right. Judy provided me with a common sense and healthy approach to my diet that proved amazingly effective in shedding the weight I had gained over the years and helped me to develop some new healthy habits. I have now lost over 30 pounds and have a new energy level and feeling of vibrancy that I had not experienced since high school. If you have an eating disorder or an unhealthy diet, you would be well advised to use Judy.
