What a great learning experience with Safa! She did a cooking demo and explained healthy snacking to a group of Ketura Hadassah members this week. Her fun, entertaining and interactive style made for a great evening of sharing recipes, getting ideas for substitutions and better nutrition. Just attended an event with Safa and Hadassah. Great information and recipes. Safa is a wonderful presenter!! She makes learning fun and teaches with patience and passion. Loved her suggestions for recipe substitutions, to make things healthier. Can't wait to hear her again.
