Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. No quackery or hype at this office. Fees are very reasonable. Two of my children visited this office also to help with sports related back pain and found Dr Osborne to be very helpful in relieving their back issues. I would heartily recommend this office to any family member. I truly am baffled by the one negative review on this site. It's either one of Dr Osbornes less ethical competitors or some miserable poor soul who's pain has driven him to the point of unreasonable expectations. I have had experience with another office in Wyoming,Mi tha t ran quite a dog and pony show complete with 700.00 worth of X-rays and high pressure sales tactics to try and get me to commit to several months of therapy. Dr Osborne is at the opposite end of the spectrum. More like the old country doctor that made house calls when I was a child.

At first I wasn't sure of the use of the activator, but now I must admit my back has improved over the years due to their care. They are friendly and go out of their way to help me. They take the time to treat me and answer my questions as well as provide helpful advice. I could not be happier with their service and kindness. I never feel rushed and I am always treated with respect and a friendly smile.
