They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
