They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.
