Yes I have been going to this facility for the past 3 months because my uncle is in there. I didn’t want to do this but my aggravation at this place is the lack of care for the patients belongings, my uncle has had clothes stolen, misplaced and no one feels the need to say anything except an aide, I’ve complained numerous times regarding the exhaust fan that has caked on dust like it’s never been wiped down and these patients are breathing that in, there is an administrator there who says he’s going to take care of something for the patient and has the patient waiting weeks for a response back from him and it’s terrible. If you do not have an answer or if you give a person a cellphone to use don’t after a week come and take it away saying your just going to put a SIM card in it and return it and that was 2 weeks ago. It’s the little things that matter in there and having contact with the outside is a great help. If you don’t want to deal with the job and the patients, find a new job! Seriously having to deal with someone who lack of care is daunting, aggravating and irritating

I had a great experience at Excelcare at the Pines for rehab. All the staff were very attentive to all my needs. The nurses knew how to give needles painless and at the correct times. The kitchen served tasty meals and they accommodated special diet. The rooms were very clean Thank you!
