Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
I contacted Paul in maintenance re an air conditioner for my mom, who just moved in, and within an hour he installed one in her room! GREAT STAFF!!!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
