After going back home over the holidays, I realized how poorly my parents eat. I started them off with a few small changes so they will be healthier. I plan on giving them more but need some help coming up with new ones. Does anyone have a suggestion? Here is what I have so far: 1. Wheat bread instead of white 2. Olive oil instead of vegetable 3. Eat at least one vegetable with meals 4. Eat breakfast

A girl I know is super skinny and it's starting to really worry me. She's always been thin but now you can see every bone in her body. When I tell her she is too skinny she says she knows and that she eats all the time but can't gain weight.
