They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming.
