Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not in anyway happy with any of my experiences here. Unfortunately, there is no other place (other than the emergency room) for us to go on the weekends. I have 3 children. One has been misdiagnosed once, another, 3 times, and the third 5 times. I have been misdiagnosed (on a broken hand, no less) two times about the same thing. My 2-year old ended up in the hospital because of their incorrect diagnosis. He had viral pneumonia, but they said it was clearly an asthma attack. He has no history of breathing problems. I wish there was another viable alternative.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
