The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Usually when I leave the dentist, I can tell a difference in how much cleaner my mouth is, but I couldn't really tell when I left their office. It wasn't as clean as I was hoping it would be.

Kind of, but not very well
Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure?
Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.

Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need
