The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was in awe at the level of service I received when I visited Gerald P. Brickley, DC. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill.
